Doesn't it? On reflection I think the 米 is probably short for 玉米, corn, instead of rice, but oh well.

没关系, I think I just complain about it a lot ;) 不是不能吃巧克力，但是因为有太多糖我想忍耐。 (No specific reason, but I will literally keep a chocolate bar on my desk and just nibble all day if I let myself, so it seems healthier all around to put a blanket ban on chocolate except for special occasions. 还好不吃任何甜的东西都，但是我不会那么忍耐...) 不好意思啊。

(鳟鱼 seems to be the much much more common spelling, to the point where I wonder if 尊鱼 is a typo, but it did appear in at least yabla's dictionary? In any case, it delighted me. :D)
