This might be cheating, but it was the first thing that came to mind for 不:
The Rebel, episode 20:
- 你怀疑我
- 不
(Or...I just wanted to watch that scene again :D)

Later in the same scene:
说不清楚 (iQiyi translates as: I won't be able to clear it up.)

Later in the episode:
我发誓我真的不知道

Knew what this was going to be before I saw the actual lines. I keep telling myself not to rewatch that scene or I'll get too used to it and it won't pack such a punch...and then I go back and watch it again anyway.

说不清楚 (iQiyi translates as: I won't be able to clear it up.)
That's good to know! It's such an important line in that scene and I was never totally sure of its meaning.
