备忘录: Thinking about more effective ways to deal with things including review days/masterposts, pinyin, tags (including pinyin), etc. A couple of helpful suggestions/offers already, let me know what might work well/be helpful.

And trying to think in Japanese just adds another loop to the process – I can usually associate みなみ=>南(=>going through that whole thing above=>south) quite easily
It seems like there's at least one theory that みなみ actually comes from 南 (Mandarin nan --> Korean nam --> Japanese mi-nami?), which does make it easier to remember.
