The Wiki says this is a verb but I refuse to believe it: I just think of it as a noun with which 是 is consistently omitted.

Guardian:
“先生贵姓？” “免贵姓沈，沈巍." (this one I almost didn't need the script for)
And the ridiculously formal reverse version:
"还没请教，你尊姓大名啊？" "额...昆仑."

My practice:
我两个好朋友都姓李。
小三爷，别听姓薛的。(from LTR, using "姓“ plus last name as a dismissive way to refer to someone...)
