I think those are each a different usage of 起来, right?

Oh, neat! If I'm understanding the first one right--to think things up, come up with something?--they do all look like different usages. Perfect.

The first one, according to the Du Chinese translation, which I hope knows what it's saying, is "Mi Le only remembered a few things." So basically, yeah!

Yup, 想起来 is only for recalling things, which I now realise does possibly seem a little contrary to the expectation – I guess you can treat this as 想 as in 回想 and not actual thinking.

(To think of/come up with a good idea would be 想出好主意, so at least no 起来 involved there haha.)
