I absorbed 没事 from watching Guardian before I could read the hanzi. It's one of the few things I can reliably pick out when spoken. :)

There was an angsty 你没事吧，姐? in Border Town Prodigal episode 48, which I just finished watching.

I'll have to remember 怎么回事 - that's a great phrase!

没事 is an essential phrase for watching pretty much anything Z1L has ever been in as far as I can tell ;)
