The dictionary site I use is https://dictionary.hantrainerpro.com/

I've just started on ChineSimple's HSK1 Learn Chinese app but it has a lot of different things - word games, sentence games, stories, flashcards etc. And for people with much greater skill than I the developer offers HSK2-5 as well.
