Oh yeah, 活动 -- I knew I was forgetting something obvious!

I do hear 行动 fairly often too, but I feel like it's always in cop movies where someone is saying something like "Don't take action until I give the signal!" so I wasn't sure how common that one was in normal conversation. XD
