I got the first two wrong and was about to give up but then got the others right. Since I was absolutely clueless about those two though I decided to ~ahem~ a pdf of the book to try to figure it out but I think it's just a bit beyond my level at the moment.

For #2, it's easier when you know that the only way to negate 有 is with 没, and that 有没有 is the standard way of turning 有 or 没有 into a question. 我有錢 (I have money) / 我沒有錢 (I don't have money) / 你有没有錢? (Do you have money?)

A possible alternate construction would be with 有... 嗎 (ie. 你有錢嗎?) which is not in the choices haha

Once again dramas come to the rescue: I always think of a line from...it must be LTR? in which Wu Xie calls out 有没有人？ 有人吗？ saying the same thing in two different ways.
