Oh yes, that makes good sense! I also thought that 有我在 might sound a little more potentially romantic (from a man to a woman) and was thus deliberately avoided, whether by Shen Wei or by the scriptwriter...

Oh, yes, that's such a romance line, you'ret totally right! It makes a lot of sense to avoid it, both for the screenwriter and for Shen Wei.

I'm pretty sure you were right -- 你说得对, with 得 modifying, like, the manner/quality of how the verb is done... To say it with 的 I think you might need a 是, like 你说的是对 or something? (I didn't try to look it up, but 得 vs. 的 are pronounced differently in Cantonese, so I think my intuition for which one to use is fairly decent, since the usages don't really get mixed up there...)
