Guardian:
大热天的，你手怎么这么冷？ it's so hot today, why are your hands so cold?
你真的那么讨厌我吗? do you really hate me that much?
戒指不在洗手间, your ring's not in the bathroom

Me:
对啊，你昨天给了我教教，我怎么这么傻？
回家的时候，我们都应该首先洗手。

I discovered a thing! (Only useful for 苹果电脑 people, of whom I'm probably the last to know, but still) If you type in Chinese mode, get alphabet (say "xi") and hit tab, you can select among the tone markings you want! Tab x4, xī xí xǐ xì. It will also show you the characters that correspond to that tone while you're at it.
