Something a little different today; I wrote a fic once touching tangentially on this Tang dynasty lady Wu Cailuan 吴彩鸾, a calligrapher who is said to have become an immortal, and I still think she’s neat. A brief biography; a couple of paintings of her and the tiger she rode off into the mountains; a copy of the rime dictionary (切韵) that she was best-known for inscribing; and a bit of its content.
