I don't remember offhand if this is slang or Proper Language, but 赶时间 is a useful term that exists for when you're in a rush! (aka 对不起啊我赶时间, my default go-to reply @ any randos trying to sell me things outside 地铁站s regardless of whether I am in a hurry or not)
