This is so confusing. When you decompose 区 (or indeed any of your examples) MDBG says the the radical is 匚 fāng! But the page for 匚 fāng doesn't list these; they're only on the 匸 xǐ page you linked. *flails*

(I found this page with some explanations, and sometimes apparently the radicals are merged. This is not helping!!! *flails some more*)

Huh! Wiktionary's index for 匚 fāng has a long list of characters, and they don't seem to overlap the characters in the index for 匸 xǐ ...
