A new-ish Zhou Shen song I like a lot (also Guardian-appropriate as far as the title goes), 也很值得. Also, twenty years ago in Japan THE pop song of the year was SMAP's 世界に一つだけの花, you couldn’t go anywhere without hearing it, it featured on every amateur concert program from wind ensembles to sign language choirs and was all over the Top 40 equivalents, so it cracked me up recently to come across a version sung in Chinese: 世界上唯一的花.
