I'm not sure about 'viscosity' - is there some other meaning there, possibly? it's not something you'd really test for water quality purposes, and it's definitely not something you'd put in a pie chart with 'purity' (which I would hope would be greater than 3%).
on the other hand TDS (total dissolved solids) is absolutely something you test on tap water and the numbers in the bar graph seem pretty reasonable.
(edit: nope, that says 'viscosity' and 'purity' and I suppose it should surprise me more that one of the graphs isn't complete nonsense than that one of them is. :) )
