好久不见～ As this journal has been dormant for a while, I'm going to make use of it for the purpose of daily Chinese writing practice, along with anyone else who wants to join in.

Very simple framework: I'll post once a day with a grammar point from the HSK/Chinese Grammar Wiki list, write some practice sentences, and if possible add an example or two from the Guardian script just for fun. Anyone who would also like to practice writing is invited to come by and add a comment at any time, using the grammar point of the day or not as preferred (basically anything related to writing in Chinese is fine!). Practicing in semi-public will get me to be accountable to myself, and if anyone else finds it useful too that's a lovely bonus.

Guardian Chinese Subtitles Complete on Viki

It took us a while to finish the Chinese subtitles on Viki, but now they're done!

It was mostly me who took that long, sorry. The other two - tpau and qubit - were really fast. Thanks to them, you can now enjoy the Learn Mode on all episodes.

Turn it on in the options:





You can replay every segment and skip forward and backwards through the segments, and hover over every character to get a dictionary popup. It's useful and fun!
